About Vilma Nadal
Vilma Nadal is the Founder and Principal Consultant of VM Partners Specialty Group LLC, bringing more than 20 years of cross-functional business experience to the firm’s strategic advisory practice.
Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Vilma completed her studies in Hotel Management and Business Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). She later advanced her professional qualifications in the United States at Florida International University, where she earned a Legal Secretary / Paralegal Certificate. This academic foundation informs her disciplined, compliance-driven approach to corporate consulting.
Throughout her career, Vilma has advised individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporations across multiple industries, including business consulting, real estate, logistics and export-import operations, insurance, and corporate administration. Her expertise lies in building operational structure, ensuring regulatory alignment, and guiding organizations through complex domestic and international business environments.
Vilma holds professional certifications as a Real Estate Agent, Notary Public & Signing Agent, Life Insurance Agent, Hazmat Agent, Freight Forwarding Professional, and Business Consultant. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling VM Partners Specialty Group LLC to serve a diverse, multinational client base with clarity and precision.
